In reply, you may apply for your TIN ID Card at the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your TIN is currently assigned/registered.

Upon inquiry from the BIR system, you are registered under RDO 39-South Quezon City located at 5th-7th Floor, 1424 Coher Center Bldg., Quezon Avenue, Quezon City as Executive Order (E.O) 98.
