Good day! I would like to request for the Certificate of Tax Exemption of my father, Moises R. Ruiz, since this is a main requirement for a medical assistance scholarship in my school, University of the Philippines - Diliman.

We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

Furthermore, this request has been denied because our office is restricted by rules under Sec. 270 of the NIRC of 1997, as amended and Data Privacy Act of 2012 as you are requesting on behalf of your parents
