My name is Vincent William Garcia Yu.

Hi! I would like to request information about my TIN Number and where to get my TIN ID. I was employed at Concentrix for almost a year but they haven't given me my TIN ID, nor the form that I filled up for the TIN application. What is my TIN number and where can I get my TIN ID?

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 20, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for your TIN Number.

After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that the request falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.).

We would like to advise you to visit our Revenue District Office (RDO) on your request. Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.Ds containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity. If the request is made through representative, a written authorization and/or special power of attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative shall be presented.
