In reply, please be informed that you may send (via email) your duly accomplished BIR Form No. 1905 and two (2) valid government issued I.D.s at rdo_50css@bir.gov.ph and request for the transfer of your TIN record to Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 56-Calamba, Laguna.
