Dear Ms. Antonio,

I refer to my letter of Sep 27, 2021 09:58:09 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for List of BIR registered Corporations in the Philippines.

In order for us to work further on your request,  in particular, it would be helpful to know what specific type of corporation and also be specific on your purpose pursuant to our rules set forth under Sec.13.3 Standard Procedure for FOI Request of the BIR FOI Manual to wit:” The purpose of the request for information shall be specific or adequately and sufficiently described. General averments of the purpose such as "for information," "for research," "for legal purpose," or other similarly worded purposes shall not be considered to have met the requirements of specificity. Failure to specify the reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be a ground for denial of the FOI request. 

For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Dec 20, 2021 05:01:42 AM, your request will be closed.

Hi Ms. Ana! Thank you for the revert.

I'd like to request for the list of BIR registered corporations in NCR (Nonprofit, Municipal, Professional, and Business - Micro, SMEs, Large Enterprise)

Appreciate also if you can provide at least 1 contact details per company (contact person, mobile/tel/email).

I'm working in a communication services company and the purpose of this request is for us to reach more potential business clients who are in need for an internet provider.

Should you have more questions/requirements regarding my request, I'll be more glad to assist you.
