In reply, please be informed that you may send via email your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and your Two (2) valid government issued I.D.s at the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your TIN is currently registered.

TIN Inquiry and/or Validation are now available through Chatbot-Revie which can be accessed thru the BIR Website (www.bir.gov.ph).
