Good day!

I just want to confirm if the issuance of electronic copy of 2307 will be enough? Or should we still send a printed copy to the vendors? We are now using a Computerized Accounting System.

Please provide the related BIR regulations for further reference.

in reply, please be informed that upon consultation and inquiry from the BIR Miscellaneous Operations Monitoring Division (MOMD) the issuance of BIR Form No. 2307 may be either thru electronic or hard copy provided it is both signed by the payor and the payee. Related issuance is hereby attached.
