Thank you for your request dated Aug 06, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a TIN Verification Slip.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, however, in this instance your request has been denied because our office is restricted by rules under Sec. 270 of the NIRC of 1997, as amended. TIN is confidential information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012. 

We would like to advise you to visit the nearest BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) on your request. Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.Ds containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity. If the request is made through representative, a written authorization and/or special power of attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative shall be presented.
