I would like to cerify my Tin number issued on June 6, 2003 with tin number 929-791-142. This is too old and I need to change my status too. Thank you

You asked for BIR TIN Verification for Change status.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

Your VALID TIN (since January 15, 2007) which is registered at  Revenue District Office No. 40 – Cubao, Quezon City with Office Address: 5th Floor (roof deck) FISHER MALL, Quezon Avenue cor. Roosevelt Junction, Quezon City and email: rdo_40css@bir.gov.ph. 

For any updates kindly fill up BIR Form No. 1905(as attached) and proceed to RDO 40 for you to be issued a new TIN ID po and update your records. You may have to pay a replacement fee of P 100 for your TIN Card. For your information and guidance po.
