Dear Ms. Dela Cruz,

I refer to my letter of Nov 16, 2021 02:04:05 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request kindly provide us the following details  (for each year)  and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
From 2019-2020
-What ITR form did you file?  
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. Also. ITR form for CY 2021 is yet to be filed next year, hence we cannot provide you the same.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 08, 2022 08:23:32 AM, your request will be closed.
