Hi! I would like to request a copy of my BIR 2305, my employer is not able to provide a copy of it.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 04, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for BIR Form 2305.

In reply, we been calling your contact number this morning of August 5, 2022 to apprised you that BIR Form 2305 is already phase-out or no longer in use and it was replaced by BIR Form 1905 (Application for Registration Information Update/Correction/Cancellation) which is available for download at BIR Website (www.bir.gov.ph).
