Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 19, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for BIR Stamped TIN verification slip.

Response to your request

After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that the request falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.).

We would like to advise you to visit the nearest BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) on your request. Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.D.s containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity for validation purpose. Addresses and contact numbers of RDOs can be found in the BIR Website at www.bir.gov.ph homepage/contact us/directory/revenue district offices links. 

Base on your given address, you may visit RDO No. 58-Batangas City located at BIR Building, Hilltop Road, Brgy. Kumintang Ibaba, Batangas City and RDO No. 59-Lipa City at BIR Building, Barangay Marawoy, Lipa City.

If the request is made through representative, a Special Power of Attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative and the principal shall be presented.
