I refer to my letter of Jun 13, 2021 08:20:16 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Requesting Copy of my BIR Tax Returns [RUSSEL JOHN N PECHARDO].
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. In particular, it would be helpful to know your employer's TIN , complete business name and address from 2011-2020 and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph, for us to be able to properly endorse your request to the concerned Revenue District Office.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sep 06, 2021 03:09:57 AM, your request will be closed.

Thank you for your request dated Jun 13, 2021 08:20:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your Request
You requested for a copy of your ITR for the period 2011 - 2019.
Response to your request:
Your request for information for the years 2018 and 2019 is granted. Please see scanned copy of your BIR Form 2316 attached herewith.
However, based on the reason stated below, we resolve to deny your request as to the following information:
Copy of your ITR (BIR Form 2316) for the period 2011-2014.
This Office does not have the information you have requested (ITR) since it was only starting 2015 when the employers were required to furnish the BIR with scanned copies of BIR Form No. 2316. Your employer was not required to submit copies of 2316 certificates during the period requested.
Copy of your ITR (BIR Form 2316) for the period 2015-2017.
Your requested information is not found in the records submitted by your employer.
Further verification shows that your information is reflected in the Alphalists submitted by your employer for the periods 2016 and 2017. No further information can be gathered for the other years requested.
After careful consideration, however, we resolve to grant your request for the years 2016 and 2017 on the compensation and withholding tax information found in the Alphalist of Employees filed by your employer. A certification was made on the information gathered for your purpose, a scanned copy of which was sent thru email.
