Hello! I would like to request my income tax return (TIN# 490942350) for the year 2020. I should have two documents (one for Acquire Asia Pacific and one for EY). Just the file for Acquire Asia Pacific is fine. I will be needing it for visa purposes.

Dear Jurgeen Iversen Vasquez,

I refer to my letter of Oct 11, 2023 01:10:11 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316 for CY 2020.

In reply, please be advised that BIR Form No. 2316 is considered as your Annual Income Tax Return since you are earning purely compensation income. Your Employer/s are supposed to provide you with this form “Na Dapat Po Ibibigay Ito Sa Mga Empleyado” every year before January 31 of the following year.

Please take note that for the Calendar Year 2020 you are supposed to file the Annual Income Tax Return (ITR) since you have two (2) Employers namely, you are likewise have to file your Annual ITR using BIR Form No. 1700 through  Electronic BIR Forms Package (downloadable at the BIR website, www.bir.gov.ph), attach and consolidate your 2316 received from your two (2) employers within the same taxable year.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 04, 2024 05:27:53 AM, your request will be closed.
