I refer to my letter of Feb 01, 2022 04:05:34 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form No. 2316.
In order for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned office, we need more information from you regarding your request for 2316. Kindly email us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
-TIN, name & business address, and RDO of your employer for CY 2013-2020
With regard to your CY 2021, we can not provide you the same as this is yet to be filed on or before April 15 this year.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 26, 2022 10:43:14 PM, your request will be closed.

Hi,
Upon verification, it appears that you are registered as Local Employee under RDO 058. Since you are you are qualified for substituted filing, you may refer to your employer and they will be the one to provide you with the copy of your BIR Form 2316 or Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld which is equivalent to your Income Tax Return (ITR).
