I am writing this letter to humbly request for document transfer from RDO 39 to RDO 56. I am currently working for a government agency.  I'll be needing your good assistance in complying with the requirements listed by your good office for the transfer of RDO.

In reply, please be informed that you may send (via email) your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and two (2) scanned copies of your government issued identification cards (I.D.s) at rdo_39@bir.gov.ph and rdo_39css@bir.gov.ph.

Kindly indicate in the "New RDO" your desired Revenue District Office (RDO) or RDO 56-where you intend to transfer your TIN Record.
