Dear Ms. Tanchanco:

I refer to my letter of May 04, 2023 03:46:59 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 1701A - Annual Income Tax Return.

In reply, if you have filed your Annual Income Tax return (1701A)  successfully through the eBIRForms Offline Package and have lost your own copy, the Final Copy of the returns automatically saved in the computer and can be retrieve/open through the eBIRForms where the list of BIR Forms are shown, then select the form number and the list of filed returns will be displayed on the summary table with the corresponding return periods.

Click the specific return (BIR Form 1701A) to retrieved then click "view". Or simply click on "Submitted Tax Return" button and select the required return to view and print.

You may email sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph for assistance and indicate in the subject email ticket number #BIR-665095670039, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jul 28, 2023 12:41:05 AM, your request will be closed.
