November 21, 2021 Dear Ms. Villarey, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 22, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for a Request for Form 1902. Response to your request We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied. Furthermore, you should have a copy of the BIR form 1902 and have it stamped received so when you claim your TIN ID, you may just present the same,for immediate/easy reference.
