You asked for zonal value at Brgy. Bitoon Jaro Iloilo City.

This is in reply to your email message dated June 11, 2022, regarding your request for a copy of zonal value at Barangay Bitoon, Jaro Iloilo City.

Attached herewith is the Schedule of Zonal Values for Barangay Bitoon, Jaro, Iloilo City which took effect on September 9, 2021 (4th Revision).

Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located (click RDO 74 – Iloilo City, Iloilo);
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value (click Sheet 9 for the latest zonal values); and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and 
    barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.
