Please be informed that one of the Exceptions to the Right of Access of Information or Freedom of Information (FOI) is matter covered by the deliberative process privilege, to include "minutes of meetings, and deliberations comprising part of a process by which governmental decisions and policies are formulated." Thus, as it is clearly falling within the Inventory of Exceptions to FOI, a copy of the NSB Minutes of Meeting held last December 16, 2020 cannot be provided.
