You asked for TIN Verification Slip.

Response to your request

We called your mobile number today, April 11, but to no avail.

After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Other Relevant Personal Information is considered a piece of Sensitive Personal Information that is bounded by the Republic Act (RA) No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and as such, it is not advisable to be uploaded in the FOI Portal because this is a public website.

You can now retrieve your Taxpayer Identification Number TIN and Revenue District Office (RDO) Code through Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module. 

Revie can be accessed on the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph.

You may also visit any Revenue District Office (RDO) near your area for TIN Verification purpose. Please bring any government valid ID for Identification.
