Hi, I would like to request for a copy of my BIR 2316 current year of 2022 as this is one of the requirements that i must submit to my new employer. Hope you can assist me. Thank you

You asked for BIR 2316.

Response to Request

If you wish to have a copy of your latest BIR form 2316 for the year 2021, please visit the Revenue District Office (where your Employer is Registered) and fill-out FOI request form and present your identification card together with your request letter.

Also, this would require a certification fee of 100 pesos and 1 documentary stamp worth 30pesos for each copy that you can pay thru the Revenue Collection Officer of the district office.
