Response to your request
Please be informed that your ITR for 2021 has yet to be filed on or before April 15 next year. However, if you have been employed, you may request the Form 2316 from your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
