Hi. I would like to request an ITR in the year of 2022-2023. My previous employer did not gave us a copy. Thank you! God bless. Hoping you can help me again.

Dear Ms. Revidizo:

I refer to my letter of Jan 14, 2024 06:05:55 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, kindly provide the Name of your Employer for CY 2022 and Employer's TIN Number for us to endorse to the concerned Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered.

For BIR Form No. 2316 for CY 2023 the RDO does not have a copy of it yet because your employer has to submit it to them on or before February 28, 2024.

Email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the email subject  ticket number #BIR-674017513170, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 05, 2024 10:40:08 PM, your request will be closed.
