Hi! The TIN ID Verifier app is not working and I lost my TIN ID. Can I get online confirmation or verification as proof of my TIN number?

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 04, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for TIN ID Verification.

In response to your request, we would like to advise you to visit our Revenue District Office (RDO) on your request. Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.Ds containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity. If the request is made through representative, a written authorization and/or special power of attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative shall be presented.

Hereunder are the two (2) addresses of our Cavite RDOs, namely:

1. RDO 54A - Trece Martirez City, East Cavite located at Indang Road, Barangay Luciano, Trece Martirez, Cavite City; and
2. RDO 54B - Kawit, West Cavite located at Ground Floor Local Mall Centennial Road, Magdalo Patol Kawit Cavite.
