I am Joie Mariz P. Gomez (350-763-164) previous employee of T1 Project Management, Inc./ T1 Project Services, Inc. I was hoping to retrieve my 2021 BIR Form 2316 to be able to submit to my new employer. My previous employer is unresponsive so I am hoping to get a copy from your office.
