Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 06, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for ITAD Ruling 82-01 September 27, 2001.

In response to your request, per coordination and indorsement to the concerned office, the International Tax Affairs Division has responded to the email, and we quote:

"Please be informed that this Office could not provide a scanned pdf of BIR Ruling 82-01 dated September 27, 2001 since we don’t have pdf copy of the said ruling. Please note that dockets with issued rulings are eventually disposed of after ten (10) years."
