I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a copy of my Income Tax Return (ITR) for the financial year 2022-2023.

My name is Emil Joshua V. Cruz and my TIN Number is 359-406-090-00000. I am in need of a copy of my ITR for my visa application.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR at the earliest convenience.
