Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 22, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request/asked for a Tax Declaration of A Level 3 Public Hospital.

In reply, we were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

Moreover, please be informed that Tax Declaration is not among the list of services/requirements and/or documents that the BIR is task to collect/received and/or maintained. Kindly submit your request to the Local Government/City Government having jurisdiction over the place of the property and ask if they are in custody of the information you are requesting from us.
