Thank you for your request dated Jun 25, 2022 06:10:41 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your Request
You asked for ITR.
Response to Request
Based on the reason stated below, we resolve to deny your request as to the following information: Copy of your ITR for the period.
This Office does not have the information you have requested (ITR) since your employer failed to include your BIR Form 2316 in the CD submitted.
After careful consideration, however, since your TIN and name is included in the Alphalist of Employees by your employer for the year 2021, we resolve to grant your request but only up to the compensation and withholding tax information reflected in the said alphalist. A certification was made on the information gathered for your purpose, a scanned copy of which was sent thru email.
For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.
