Hi! I would like to request a copy of my ITR 2316 stamped by BIR. I will be needing it for my japan visa application. I only have a copy of it without stamp issued by my previous employer. Dates will be 01-01-2023 to 10-30-2023

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 25, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for ITR 2316 - BIR Stamped.

Response to your request

If you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your BIR Form No. 2316 for the Calendar Year 2022, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered.

Kindly bring the Original and Photocopy of your BIR Form 2316 and you may also ask from your employer copy of the Duly Received “Annex F”. 

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax of Thirty Pesos (P30.00) imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
