Hi! I would like to request for my BIR 2316 for mt previous employer will not give me a copy saying that my name was not under regular employee.

Dear Ms. Grave:

I refer to my letter of Oct 12, 2023 10:26:28 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form No. 2316 for CY 2022.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide the following details:

1. Name of your employer for calendar year 2022;
2. TIN of your employer; and
3. Employer's Business Address.

Your request for a copy of your BIR Form No. 2316, will be endorse to the concerned Revenue District office (RDO) where your employer is registered. They will be providing you a copy of your requested document only if your employer has filed in your behalf or if your name is included in the duly received Annex F (Certified List of Employees Qualified under Substituted Filing).

Please email the needed information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the email subject ticket number #BIR-684534639536, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 04, 2024 06:59:57 AM, your request will be closed.
