February 23, 2023 Dear Ms. Cortes: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 22, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for List of Top Taxpayers among Polymer Industries in the Philippines. Response to your request In reply, please be informed that our Revenue District Offices (RDOs) have a List of Top Taxpayers per RDO, however, it was not categorized under Polymer Industries. The said List is covered/protected by Section 270 of the National Internal Revenue code (NIRC) which prohibits the RDOs from divulging information pertaining to the data in the possession of there respective offices.
