I would like to request Certificate of Tax Exemption for my father. The purpose of this Certificate is for a requirement in scholarship.

I refer to my letter of Nov 11, 2022 04:58:59 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certificate of Tax Exemption.

We would like to clarify if your father is gainfully Employed? or with Business?
