Hi, I would like to request for a copy of my ITR 2316 Waiver and Certification on current year of 2023. 

This is for the requirement of my new job.

Dear Ms. Benito:

I refer to my letter of Nov 14, 2023 06:57:41 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR 2316 (2023) Waiver Form.


In reply, kindly clarify what kind of Waiver Form (Income Tax Return) are you referring to? Upon inquiry with the BIR System, you are registered as Local Employee.

Your request for a copies of your BIR Form No. 2316 shall be obtain or secure from your employer for Calendar Year (s) 2022 to 2023 (in case your employment with the company has been terminated before the end of this year) as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as an Annual Income Tax Return per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.

For other concern, email vanessa.badeo@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the email subject ticket number #BIR-696229316277, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 07, 2024 02:52:02 AM, your request will be closed.
