Dear Ms. Domalanta,

I refer to my letter of Oct 21, 2021 01:59:48 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO, kindly provide us the following details and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph as these are sensitive information:
-	What ITR did you file? Was it 1700 or 1701? 
-	May we know where you filed your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-	Your TIN (if self-employed)
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 
Please attach also two valid IDs with your birthdate and picture, for identity verification` purposes.

Furthermore, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 14, 2022 12:46:17 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
