I refer to my letter of Dec 24, 2021 12:46:51 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR 2316.
In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. In particular, it would be helpful if you could clarify to us what you really wanted to request, if it is ITR or 2316?
If it is ITR ,please provide us the following details, please email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph:
- What ITR form did you file?
- Where did you file your ITR, your RDO No.
On the other hand, if it is BIR Form 2316,we need more information from you regarding your your employer's TIN, business name & address and email the same to my aforementioned email address for these are sensitive information.
