Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 26, 2022 02:11:58 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Income Tax Return (ITR).

We called your contact information and asked if you are currently employed and  if your employer has given/provided you a copy of your BIR Form 2316.

And your answer is YES. You are further informed that if you have been qualified for a substituted filing, the BIR Form 2316 which has been issued to you by your employer is as good as ITR which can be use in scholarship purpose.
