Hello,

Is there any way I can still obtain these 2 documents? Unfortunately, I lost my personal copies. Aside from the fact that my employer has closed operations in the Ph during the pandemic and cannot anymore provide the said documents.

The Australian Computer Society requires me to provide my ITR for 2012 and 2013 in order to be assessed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please be informed upon verification in the Compliance Section, it was found out that your former employer has no records/data filed in this district with regards to your request of BIR form 2316 for the taxable year 2012-2013.
