Good day! 

May I request a copy of the 2022  or any of the latest BIR Benchmark Rates per industry, containing the GPR, IT and VAT rates? This is so that we can be able to properly comply with BIR rules and regulations as we expand our business

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may coordinate with your BIR Revenue District Office and inquire if they are in  custody of the information you are requesting from us.
