     I would like to request a certified true copy of income tax return from last year to this year the said copy will be used for my personal loan.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 01, 2022 10:20:14 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Income Tax Return.

Response to Request

If you wish to have a Certified True Copy (CTC) copy of your latest BIR form 2316 year 2021, please visit the BIR-Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered and fill-out FOI request form and present your identification card together with your request letter. kindly bring the original return and a photocopy of your BIR Form 2316. 

Also, this would require a certification fee of 100 pesos and 1 documentary stamp worth 30 pesos for each copy that you can pay thru the Revenue Collection Officer of the district office.

For BIR Form 2316 for the Year 2022, we would like to inform you that your request for your BIR form 2316 can’t be processed because BIR 2316 forms for the taxable year 2022 are to be submitted by your employer to the RDO where they are registered on February 28, 2023.
