Hi, 

I would like to request a copy of my Income Tax Return from January 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021. I need it as part of my pre-employment requirement from my new employer. I lost the copy that my previous employer provided. Please let me know what information or IDs you need for me to provide.

I refer to my letter of Oct 25, 2021, 10:30:12 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return (2316).

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your ITR/2316 for 2021 is yet to be filed next year, hence, your request is denied.
Thus, it is advised that you better ask for a copy of your 2316 directly from your employer as they are the main source of such document.
