 I am in need of a copy of my ITR for my visa application.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR at the earliest convenience.

I refer to my letter of Oct 09, 2023 10:18:08 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for INCOME TAX RETURN and/or BIR FORM NO. 2316.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

1. What kind of Income Tax Return (ITR) did you file and are requesting from us? Is it BIR Form No. 1701 or BIR Form No. 1701A?

2. When did you file your Income Tax Return?

3. Where did you file your Income Tax Return, is it Manually at the Revenue District Office or through eBIRForms Package Facility?
