If you need a certified true copy of a Certificate of Registration , you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to our district office and bring along the original copy and a photocopy and pay the corresponding certification fee of P100.00 plus a documentary stamp for P30.00 this will be attached to the certified true copy. We would be more than happy and glad to serve you.
