I refer to my letter of May 24, 2022 02:17:12 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Collection Efficiency per Type of Tax.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. We would appreciate it much if you could elaborate what you mean by COLLECTION EFFICIENCY BY TAX TYPE. We can provide you with the collection by tax type compared to previous year and goal attainment per year for the years 2010 to 2020. The 2021 data will be released tentatively this August 2022.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Aug 17, 2022 12:24:14 AM, your request will be closed.

Thanks for your reply.
By COLLECTION EFFICIENCY BY TAX TYPE, I mean, what percentage of collectible taxes are indeed collected, and what percentage were not collected. For example, if for that year, the recorded collectible VAT is say, 100 billion pesos, yet only 50 billion were collected, that's what I would want to know. But the data on collection by tax type compared to previous year and goal attainment per year for the years 2010 to 2020 is also nice and I would like to have that too. Thank you!
