Dear Rexdale Labores:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 11, 2022 04:29:39 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for BIR Form 1902 (Application for Registration for Individuals Earning Purely Compensation Income).

Please be informed that the BIR Form 1902 is already available at the BIR Website (www.bir.gov.ph), you may download and print a copy of BIR Form 1902, Accomplished it and attach proof of Identity that shows the name, date of Birth and Address of the applicant (e.g., License, Passport, Certificate of Live Birth, etc.) or Certificate of Marriage (for married applicants).

If you are employed, submit the accomplished BIR Form 1902 to your employer. your EMPLOYER shall obtain a TIN FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES through the eREG Portal pursuant to Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 37-2019 and MAY NOT BE DONE BY EMPLOYEES personally unless qualifying scenarios are met as listed in the said issuance (still it will be coursed through the Office Representative or Liaison Officer of the Company).
