Dear Mr. Tadeo,

I refer to my letter of Aug 15, 2021 06:21:22 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Form 2316.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us the following details for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph as these may contain sensitive information:
-	Employer’s TIN, RDO no., business name & address

If you have been employed, your BIR Form 2316 should have been issued to you by your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made. This should be filed as an attachment to your ITR.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Nov 08, 2021 03:35:50 AM, your request will be closed.
