In reply, please be informed that you may send via email your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and scanned copies of two your two (2) valid government issued I.D.s  at Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 21B-South Pampanga (this is where your TIN is currently registered).

You may send it to rdo_21bcss@bir.gov.ph and request them that your TIN record must be transferred in RDO 35-Romblon.
