I would like to request your good office for a certified true copy of my ITR (BIR form 2316) filed for the calendar years 2019, 2020, and 2021. The said copy will be used for french visa application.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 18, 2022 03:51:57 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Certified True Copy (CTC) of Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or BIR Form 2316.

Response to Request

Relative to your CTC request, may we request you or your authorized representative to submit the following requirements to the Revenue District Office (RDO) of the BIR where your Employer/s for the taxable period 2019-2022 is/are registered.

a. Duplicate/xerox copy of filed ITR for validation of the rightful owner of the documents requested;
b. payment for certification and documentary stamp; 
    (P200 - certification fee if with attachments and 2 pcs. doc. stamp)
    (P100 - certification fee without attachment and 1 pc. doc. stamp)
c. Special Power of Attorney for authorized representative with 2 valid IDs; and
d. 2 Government IDs of Taxpayer.
