Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 17, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request BIR Income Tax Return (ITR) or BIR Form  2316 for Fiscal Year 2018.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to resubmit your request as there are vital information/s and requirement that are missing. Kindly attach two (2) valid government I.D.s containing the photograph and signature, for validation purposes (as we cannot open the attached pdf file of your passport).

Also, provide us the Name, Business Address and TIN of your Employer for the year 2018 for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned BIR Revenue District Office.
